The debinding furnace consists of the furnace structure, hot air circulation system, atmosphere control system, and temperature control system, all working in coordination to ensure stable, efficient, and safe operation.

    The furnace chamber is made of SUS310S stainless steel, offering excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, capable of prolonged high-temperature operation while maintaining good sealing and atmosphere control.

    The built-in high-efficiency hot air circulation system ensures uniform temperature distribution, improving heat treatment consistency and reliability, especially suitable for processes requiring high temperature uniformity.

  3. Nitrogen Atmosphere System

    High-purity nitrogen (99.999%) is introduced to maintain a low-oxygen environment, preventing material oxidation at high temperatures. Equipped with a micro-oxygen analyzer for real-time monitoring, ensuring optimal process atmosphere with oxygen content as low as 10ppm (depending on gas source).

  4. Temperature and Process Control System

    The device adopts a centralized control system combining touchscreen and PLC, featuring a user-friendly interface and powerful functionality. Supports multi-segment programmable temperature control with precision up to ±1°C, capable of storing and recalling various process curves to meet complex process needs.
