II. Main Technical Parameters

The operating temperature range of this equipment is from room temperature to 650°C, with a maximum test temperature of 700°C. However, in practical applications, it is generally recommended to keep the working temperature below 650°C to ensure long-term stable operation and service life. The effective chamber dimensions are 800 mm (width) × 800 mm (height) × 800 mm (depth), suitable for medium-sized process loading requirements.

The equipment features a single-zone design with one temperature control point, powered by a centrifugal fan to ensure uniform heat distribution inside the chamber. In a 1-hour empty-chamber steady-state test at 650°C, the temperature uniformity can reach ±5°C, meeting the temperature consistency requirements of most precision processes.

The heating elements are made of stainless steel heaters, characterized by high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and high thermal efficiency. The maximum heating power does not exceed 36 kW, ensuring rapid heating and energy efficiency. The furnace body is insulated with full-fiber material, providing excellent thermal insulation with minimal heat loss, thereby enhancing energy efficiency and maintaining a stable internal temperature environment.

The equipment adopts natural cooling, meaning it cools down with the furnace and does not include an active forced cooling system. Therefore, after high-temperature operation, a certain period is required for natural cooling. Users should plan cooling time and operational procedures according to specific process requirements.

III. Gas, Water, and Environmental Requirements

Nitrogen Supply

During operation, high-purity nitrogen is required as a protective atmosphere, with a purity of at least 99.999% (5N nitrogen) to prevent material oxidation at high temperatures. The nitrogen inlet pressure should be maintained between 0.2 and 0.4 MPa, with a consumption rate of approximately 10 m³ per hour. High-purity nitrogen enters the chamber through the inlet system, forming a stable inert atmosphere, which is a key factor in ensuring process quality.

Water Supply (if applicable)

If the equipment is equipped with water-cooled components (depending on the specific model and version), clean and non-corrosive cooling water must be provided. The water temperature should not exceed 23°C, with water pressure controlled between 0.2 and 0.4 MPa and a flow rate of approximately 2 to 6 liters per minute. If the equipment does not include a water-cooling system, this requirement does not apply.

Operating Environmental Conditions

The equipment has specific requirements for installation and operating environments, including:

  • Ambient temperature should be maintained between 0 and 40°C.

  • Relative humidity should be less than 80% RH, with no condensation.

  • The installation site should be free of corrosive gases, avoiding damage from acids, alkalis, or organic volatiles.

  • Strong air currents or mechanical vibrations should be avoided to prevent instability in equipment operation.

  • A non-contact user exhaust system must be configured to discharge exhaust gases or nitrogen mixtures from the chamber, with an exhaust capacity exceeding 15 m³ per hour to ensure proper ventilation and safety.

Additionally, the installation floor must be level, sturdy, and free of significant vibrations, with a load-bearing capacity exceeding 300 kg per square meter to ensure long-term operational stability and safety. The recommended installation space dimensions are 2000 mm (width) × 3000 mm (depth) × 3000 mm (height), with a minimum area of 6 m² to facilitate equipment placement, operation, and routine maintenance.

IV. Electrical and Power Requirements

The equipment operates on a three-phase five-wire power supply with a voltage of 220/380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. The total power capacity required for operation should exceed 50 kVA, with a recommended margin to accommodate startup and full-load operation demands.

The power cable colors follow the standard three-phase five-wire configuration: phase lines (L1, L2, L3) are yellow, green, and red, respectively; the neutral line (N) is blue, and the ground line (PE) is yellow-green. Wiring must adhere to standard specifications to ensure safe and reliable electrical connections, preventing faults or safety hazards due to incorrect wiring.

V. Control System Configuration

The HRF512-07N nitrogen hot air debinding furnace is equipped with an advanced control system consisting of an upper-level computer and a lower-level computer, ensuring stable operation, precise control, and user-friendly operation.

  • Upper-Level Computer: Features an MCGS configuration touchscreen with an intuitive and aesthetically designed interface. The upper-level computer can instantly retrieve temperature data from the control module and quickly relay user-defined process parameters, ensuring precise and responsive temperature control. This guarantees process stability and repeatability, making it particularly suitable for debinding, drying, and pre-sintering applications with stringent temperature control requirements.
