• Heating Element: High-quality U-shaped silicon-molybdenum rods, featuring high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and long service life.
• Control Method: High-performance phase-shift voltage regulation + SCR thyristor module, achieving smooth stepless power regulation, minimal impact on the power grid, and stable temperature control.

Temperature Measurement and Control System

• Temperature Control Instrument: High-performance temperature controller imported from Japan, equipped with advanced P.I.D control and self-tuning functions to ensure precise temperature control.
• Temperature Measuring Thermocouple: R-class thermocouple, suitable for high-temperature measurement in the range of 0~1700ºC, with high accuracy and good stability.
• Control Points: 1 temperature control point and 1 monitoring point.

Mechanical Structure and Transmission

• Lifting Mechanism: Adopts a lead screw lifting system, featuring stable operation and accurate positioning, with a maximum lifting stroke of approximately 800mm.
• Furnace Body Structure: Adopts a bell-type design, where the furnace chamber (bell cover) can be lifted and lowered, and the lower part is a fixed trolley. This structure facilitates the loading of large and heavy workpieces and process operations.
• Frame: Rigid steel structure to ensure the overall stability of the equipment.

Exhaust and Safety System

• Exhaust System: A dedicated exhaust chimney is installed on the top of the furnace. The chimney cover can be automatically opened and closed, interlocked with the process, to timely discharge sintering waste gas.
• Safety Protection: Equipped with comprehensive sound and light alarm functions, including over-temperature, thermocouple breakage, over-current, over-load, over-travel, program deviation, etc., to ensure the safety of equipment and processes.
