IV. Overall Design

Furnace Body System: The furnace chamber is made of high-quality refractory materials and insulation layers to ensure high-temperature strength and low heat loss.

Metal Frame: A high-strength section steel welded frame with a stable structure, providing support for the furnace body and transmission system.
Lifting Trolley System: An integrated heavy-duty trolley equipped with a precision lead screw lifting mechanism to ensure stable lifting and accurate positioning of the furnace body.
Transmission Mechanism: The motor-driven lead screw realizes the stable lifting of the furnace body, and is equipped with limit protection devices.
Control System: An independent control cabinet integrating temperature control, power regulation, alarm and operation panel, with a user-friendly man-machine interface and high degree of automation.
