Customer Preparation
  • Power supply - capacity greater than 40KVA, 3-phase 5-wire, 220/380VAC, 50Hz.
  • Nitrogen - high-purity nitrogen with a purity of 99.999%, operating pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa, and a supply flow rate of 2-6 m3/h.
  • Hydrogen - Pressure: 0.1 to 0.3 MPa, Supply Flow: 2 to 6 m3/h.
  • Cooling water - clean and non-corrosive, water temperature below 25°C, supply flow rate ≥ 0.5m3/h, customers need to use open water return system.
Installation and Usage Conditions
  • The device must be installed indoors, in an environment with a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C, and free from flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
  • The equipment must occupy at least 8 square meters of space, with a working area that is at least 3 meters long and 3 meters wide, and a height of at least 3 meters; the foundation must be solid and flat, and the total weight of the furnace is approximately 1100 kg.
  • The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase four-wire AC power line with a voltage of 380±10%V and a frequency of 50±2%Hz. This power line is dedicated, and large power conversion equipment such as electric welding machines, electromechanical furnaces, and metal cutting machine tools should not be connected to this distribution system.
  • The equipment must be properly grounded.
  • The inlet pressure of the equipment should be between 0.2 and 0.4 Mpa.
  • The water supply pressure for the equipment should be between 0.1 and 0.3 Mpa.
