Manufactured to industrial-grade stability standards with integrated intelligent design. It adopts touch screen + PLC centralized control with a clear operational logic, enabling staff to easily set process parameters and monitor operation. Equipped with a comprehensive protection system, it features multi-channel audible and visual alarm protection for over-temperature, thermocouple breakage, overload and other abnormal conditions.

Stable & Durable

Composed mainly of the furnace body, furnace chamber, base support, frame, atmosphere control system and electrical control system, all components work in synergy with a robust and reliable structure. The furnace body is made of high-quality materials with excellent compression resistance; the furnace chamber is tailored for high-temperature sintering requirements with outstanding corrosion and thermal shock resistance. Key components undergo rigorous quality inspection and aging tests to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

This equipment is specially designed for high-temperature sintering processes of high-quality materials. III. Key System Configurations

Heating System

Heating Element: High-quality U-shaped silicon-molybdenum rods, featuring high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and long service life.
Control Method: High-performance phase-shift voltage regulation + SCR thyristor module, achieving smooth stepless power regulation, minimal impact on the power grid, and stable temperature control.

Temperature Measurement and Control System

Temperature Control Instrument: High-performance temperature controller imported from Japan, equipped with advanced P.I.D control and self-tuning functions to ensure precise temperature control.
Temperature Measuring Thermocouple: R-class thermocouple, suitable for high-temperature measurement in the range of 0~1700ºC, with high accuracy and good stability.
Control Points: 1 temperature control point and 1 monitoring point.

Mechanical Structure and Transmission

Lifting Mechanism: Adopts a lead screw lifting system, featuring stable operation and accurate positioning, with a maximum lifting stroke of approximately 800mm.
Furnace Body Structure: Adopts a bell-type design, where the furnace chamber (bell cover) can be lifted and lowered, and the lower part is a fixed trolley. This structure facilitates the loading of large and heavy workpieces and process operations.
Frame: Rigid steel structure to ensure the overall stability of the equipment.

Exhaust and Safety System

Exhaust System: A dedicated exhaust chimney is installed on the top of the furnace. The chimney cover can be automatically opened and closed, interlocked with the process, to timely discharge sintering waste gas.
Safety Protection: Equipped with comprehensive sound and light alarm functions, including over-temperature, thermocouple breakage, over-current, over-load, over-travel, program deviation, etc., to ensure the safety of equipment and processes.

IV. Overall Design

This equipment adopts a mature bell-type furnace design, mainly composed of the furnace body (bell cover), steel structure frame, fixed trolley, lead screw lifting transmission mechanism, and intelligent control system. The design balances high-temperature performance, operational convenience, and operational reliability, making it an ideal equipment for high-performance material sintering.
