Furnace Chamber Design
The inner layer of the furnace chamber is lined with high-temperature resistant lightweight alumina products, and the outer layer adopts ceramic fiber insulation boards for auxiliary thermal insulation. Silicon carbide rods are used as heating elements, enabling a maximum temperature of 1400℃. The heating elements divide the furnace chamber into 3 small cavities to guarantee uniform temperature distribution throughout the whole chamber.
Material-Carrying Bogie
The bogie shell is fabricated from Q235A steel plate, and its interior is constructed with ceramic fiber boards and high-temperature resistant alumina products. Setter plates are laid on the top surface of the bogie for workpiece placement. The setter plates are made of premium high-temperature resistant heavy-duty materials, featuring excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.
The bogie can move vertically via the lifting platform. When lowered to the bottom position, it can be transferred onto the extension platform in front of the equipment for convenient loading and unloading of workpieces. A double sealing structure is installed between the bogie and furnace opening: ceramic fiber blanket is adopted for inner sealing, and silicone rubber for outer sealing, to ensure the tightness of the entire furnace chamber.
