Lifting Platform
The lifting platform is driven by two lead screws for lifting movement, combined with four guide rods and guide sleeve assemblies to ensure stable lifting of the platform. The platform can stop instantly during lifting. Limit switches are installed for upper and lower end positions; the platform will automatically stop once it reaches the upper or lower limit position.
Atmosphere System
Air inlet ports are arranged at the front and rear outside the furnace chamber. The gas flow of each inlet port is independently controlled by a glass rotameter with a single range of 5~50L/min. Multiple exhaust holes are set on the top of the furnace chamber. Sintering waste gas is discharged out of the furnace chamber through the exhaust holes and finally converges at the main exhaust outlet on the furnace top.
