III. Gas and Cooling System

  1. Inlet Gas (Nitrogen) Requirements:

• Gas Type: High-purity nitrogen (N2)

• Nitrogen Purity: ≥ 99.999% (i.e., 5N grade)

• Inlet Pressure: 0.2 ~ 0.4 MPa

• Nitrogen Consumption: Approximately 10 m³/h

  1. Cooling Method: The equipment adopts natural furnace cooling without active forced cooling (e.g., water or air cooling). After high-temperature operation, natural cooling is required, and cooling time must be reasonably planned.

  2. Water Inlet Requirements (if equipped with water-cooled components):

• Water Quality: Clean and non-corrosive

• Water Temperature: ≤ 23°C

• Water Pressure: 0.2 ~ 0.4 MPa

• Water Flow Rate: Approximately 2 ~ 6 L/min

(Note: Not all equipment is equipped with a water-cooling system; confirm based on the actual model.)

  1. Ventilation System: Requires non-contact connection to the user's exhaust system, with an exhaust capacity greater than 15 m³/h, used to discharge furnace exhaust or protective gases.

IV. Power Supply and Electrical Conditions

  1. Power Supply: Three-phase five-wire system, voltage 220/380 V, frequency 50 Hz.

  2. Power Capacity: The required power capacity for equipment operation should exceed 50 kVA.

  6. Recommended Installation Dimensions: 2000 mm (width) × 3000 mm (depth) × 3000 mm (height).

  7. Minimum Installation Area: Greater than 6 m² to ensure sufficient space for operation and maintenance around the equipment.

  8. Ventilation and Exhaust: The site must have good exhaust conditions and connect to the user's exhaust system to ensure timely discharge of furnace gases and maintain a safe operating environment.
