I. Equipment Overview

The BF125-17 High-Temperature Bell Furnace is a high-performance, high-precision vertical lifting high-temperature sintering equipment. Adopting advanced electric heating and control systems, it is specially designed for stringent high-temperature heat treatment processes. It is particularly suitable for the sintering, annealing, and heat treatment of high-end materials such as ITO targets, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, and ceramic filters.

IV. Overall Equipment Structure and Composition

The equipment adopts a mature bell-type vertical furnace design, mainly composed of the following parts:
Furnace Body System: Including the furnace chamber made of high-strength refractory and thermal insulation materials, stainless steel outer frame, and furnace shell.
  1. Heating System: High-quality U-shaped silicon-molybdenum rods are used as heating elements, which are evenly arranged around the furnace chamber to ensure excellent temperature uniformity.
  2. Lifting System: A precision lead screw transmission mechanism drives the bell cover furnace body to lift and lower stably with accurate positioning.
  3. Trolley System: A heavy-duty load-carrying trolley that can move under load, facilitating product loading and unloading.
  4. Exhaust System: An automatically opening and closing exhaust chimney is installed on the furnace top to effectively discharge the gas generated during the sintering process.
  5. Control System
    • Control Cabinet: Independently installed, with built-in core electrical components.
    • Temperature Control Core: An imported multi-segment programmable temperature controller from Japan is adopted to realize precise curve control of heating, heat preservation, and cooling processes.
    • Power Regulation: SCR thyristor module is used for phase-shift voltage regulation control, with smooth adjustment and minimal impact on the power grid.
    • Human-Machine Interface: Operated through the temperature controller panel, which intuitively displays temperature curves, real-time status, and alarm information.
