III. Intelligent control features

IV. Customer usage preparation requirements
In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the process effectiveness, the customer needs to meet the following conditions in advance:
1. Environmental conditions
·Temperature: 0 ~ 40 ° C (avoiding extreme temperatures affecting temperature control accuracy);
·Humidity: ≤ 80% RH (to prevent condensation or short circuit);
·Climate: No corrosive gases (such as acid / alkaline vapour), no strong airflow disturbance (avoiding interference with the hot air circulation in the furnace).
2. Gas source conditions (chosen according to process requirements)
·Type: clean oil-free compressed air or high purity nitrogen (nitrogen is recommended for anti-oxidation processes);
·Purity: ≥ 99.999% (high purity to avoid contamination of workpieces);
·Pressure: 0.2 ~ 0.4 MPa (stable air supply);
·Consumption: 3 ~ 7 m3 / h (need air source system matching).
3. Water supply conditions (if the equipment contains cooling components)
·Water quality: clean and non-corrosive (avoiding blockage or corrosion of pipelines);
·Water temperature: ≤ 23 ° C (improved cooling efficiency);
·Pressure: 0.2 ~ 0.4 MPa;
·Consumption: 2 ~ 6 L / min.
4. Ventilation System
·Require access to the user drainage system (non-contact connection to avoid vibration transmission);
·Drainage capacity: > 10 m3 / h (timely discharge of rubber exhaust gas to ensure safe operation).
5. Ground requirements
·Level: No obvious inclination (to ensure equipment stability);
·Load: > 300 kg / m2 (total supporting equipment weight of about 1000 kg);
·Vibration: No visible mechanical vibration (avoiding affecting temperature uniformity).
6. Dynamic conditions
·Power: 3-phase 5-wire system (fire: yellow / green / red, zero: blue, ground: yellow and green), voltage 220 / 380 V, frequency 50Hz;
·Capacity: > 32kVA (to meet the heating power and control circuit requirements);
·Note: The wiring needs to strictly distinguish the phase order (avoid the inversion of the motor to affect the steering of the wind turbine).
7. Installation site
·Size: The equipment periphery should be reserved ≥ 2000mm × 3000mm × 3000mm (width × depth × height) space, the minimum installation area > 6m2 (easy to operate, maintain and heat dissipation).
