Loading and Material Handling

• Maximum load per rack layer: 40 kg. Overloading is prohibited to ensure temperature uniformity and structural safety.
• Users must provide their own crucibles (specification: φ400 × 200 mm, cylindrical), suitable for heat treatment processes in ceramics, powder metallurgy, or related industries.

III. Normal Operating Conditions
To ensure safe, stable, and long-term efficient operation of the HRF1350-06 Hot Air Car Furnace, the following environmental, power, and auxiliary system requirements must be met:
Environmental Conditions
• Ambient temperature: 0-40°C, relative humidity ≤80% RH. Avoid corrosive gases or strong airflows to prevent impacts on furnace temperature fields and component lifespan.
Air Supply (Intake)
• Requires dry, clean, oil-free compressed air at 0.2-0.4 MPa, with consumption of 15-30 m³/h (varies by operating state).
• Air quality directly affects furnace atmosphere and component longevity. Recommend installing filters and dryers for air treatment.
Cooling Water Requirements
• For water-cooled components (e.g., electrical cabinet or specific heating elements), use clean, non-corrosive water at ≤23°C, 0.2-0.4 MPa pressure, and a flow rate of 6-18 L/min.
• Adjust and maintain the water circulation system as needed.
Ventilation System
• Exhaust must be non-contact connected to a user-provided extraction system (e.g., ducts or fume hoods) with capacity >40 m³/h to expel fumes, hot air, or volatiles, ensuring a safe workshop environment.
