As a high-performance hot air circulation trolley furnace, the HRF1350-06 eliminates the defects of localized heating and excessive temperature difference found in traditional furnaces. Equipped with an overall hot air circulation system and intelligent temperature control system, it fully guarantees the accuracy of heat treatment processes.

In terms of temperature control accuracy, the furnace temperature uniformity reaches ±5℃ at a constant temperature of 600℃, exceeding the general industry standard. It ensures uniform heating of all workpieces inside the furnace, effectively avoiding cracking, deformation and unqualified processing results caused by local overheating and uneven temperature, thereby improving the finished product qualification rate. Supporting multi-stage programmable temperature control, the equipment allows customized heating, constant temperature and cooling curves to meet diversified process requirements such as annealing, curing, drying and degumming for different materials.

Adopting high-efficiency stainless steel heating tubes as heating elements, the furnace features high thermal efficiency, low thermal inertia and fast heating speed. It quickly reaches a constant temperature state without long preheating, greatly shortening the production cycle. Equipped with over-temperature alarm, overload protection and multiple safety interlock devices, it monitors the internal temperature and operating status in real time and automatically powers off and alarms in case of abnormalities, eliminating potential safety hazards and ensuring stable and safe production.

In addition, the trolley and furnace door adopt electric drive design with high automation and labor-saving operation, effectively reducing labor intensity. The excellent furnace body sealing performance effectively locks internal heat to further enhance thermal insulation and energy-saving effects, while reducing heat loss and dust ingress to maintain a clean working environment inside the furnace.

    • Users must provide their own crucibles (specification: φ400 × 200 mm, cylindrical), suitable for heat treatment processes in ceramics, powder metallurgy, or related industries.

  6. Air Circulation System

    • Equipped with a dual-circulation fan system, with a total air circulation range of (5000-6800 m³/h) × 2. This dual-fan configuration significantly improves temperature uniformity and heat exchange efficiency, ensuring consistent material heating.

III. Normal Operating Conditions

To ensure safe, stable, and long-term efficient operation of the HRF1350-06 Hot Air Car Furnace, the following environmental, power, and auxiliary system requirements must be met:

  1. Environmental Conditions

    • Ambient temperature: 0-40°C, relative humidity ≤80% RH. Avoid corrosive gases or strong airflows to prevent impacts on furnace temperature fields and component lifespan.

  2. Air Supply (Intake)

    • Requires dry, clean, oil-free compressed air at 0.2-0.4 MPa, with consumption of 15-30 m³/h (varies by operating state).

    • Air quality directly affects furnace atmosphere and component longevity. Recommend installing filters and dryers for air treatment.

  3. Cooling Water Requirements

    • For water-cooled components (e.g., electrical cabinet or specific heating elements), use clean, non-corrosive water at ≤23°C, 0.2-0.4 MPa pressure, and a flow rate of 6-18 L/min.

    • Adjust and maintain the water circulation system as needed.

  4. Ventilation System

    • Exhaust must be non-contact connected to a user-provided extraction system (e.g., ducts or fume hoods) with capacity >40 m³/h to expel fumes, hot air, or volatiles, ensuring a safe workshop environment.

  5. Electrical Requirements

    • Three-phase five-wire power supply: three live wires (yellow, green, red), one neutral (blue), one ground (yellow-green). Voltage: 380V (main)/220V (auxiliary), 50 Hz.
